  • Development and implementation of solutions gained for 3PL employers, in excess of £35m over a five-year period with clients in a range of sectors.
  • Review and restructure of European logistics infrastructure – included consolidation of seven stock-holding points into a single European Distribution Centre.
  • Development of a cross-matching database to combine three different product and merchant coding systems.
  • Development and implementation of a sales order processing system for a regional 3PL together with a review of transport costs.
  • Production of marketing strategies aimed at identifying new logistic customers and contracts.
  • Management and implementation of a corporate identity programme for a leading 3PL across a number if its divisions and business units. This included internal and external communications programmes.
  • Implementation of a 4PL logistics structure for a Middle-East petroleum business.
